01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 9kboos ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") in connection with your use of the 9kboos website located at 9kboos.org and all related services, features, and content available through the platform.

03 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 9kboos are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The available deposit methods may vary from time to time and will be displayed in your account's deposit section.

Key deposit terms:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 9kboos account balance within minutes of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• 9kboos does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges for transfers, which are outside 9kboos's control.
• Deposits made to your 9kboos account are intended for use on the platform. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of withdrawing them immediately without genuine gameplay may be treated as suspicious activity.

If a deposit does not appear in your account after the expected processing time, please contact support with your transaction reference. Do not attempt to resubmit the same payment until the matter has been investigated.

04 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements) at any time via the Withdrawal section of your account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method linked to your account.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal or before withdrawals above a specified threshold. Documents typically requested include a government-issued ID and confirmation of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible. Typical processing times depend on the payment method chosen.
• 9kboos reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Players may not withdraw funds that were received as a bonus until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

If your withdrawal request is declined or delayed, you will be notified through your account or by the contact details registered to your account. Please do not submit multiple withdrawal requests for the same amount as this can cause processing delays.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the individual promotion for details.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: A maximum bet limit applies when you have active bonus funds in your account. Bets above this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.
• One bonus at a time: In most cases, only one bonus can be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may forfeit the previous bonus.

9kboos reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, exploiting low-risk betting patterns, or attempting to reverse-engineer bonus mechanics — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred between accounts or to another player.

06 Games & Betting Rules

9kboos offers casino games including slots, live dealer tables, card games, and table games, as well as sports betting markets and bingo rooms. Each product category operates under its own specific set of rules, which are made available within the relevant section of the platform.

General gameplay conditions:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for casino and bingo games. These systems are designed to produce fair, unpredictable results for every round.
• Sports betting odds are set by 9kboos and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement apply.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded, or on markets that were closed prior to the bet being placed, are void. Any funds will be returned to your account balance.
• Live betting markets close automatically at points during a match or event. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that live bets are placed within the available window.

• In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the round or bet affected is treated as void and the stake is returned to the player's account. 9kboos's decision on malfunction settlements is final.

9kboos reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where there is evidence of exploitation of a technical error, incorrect odds, or any other anomaly that falls outside the intended operation of the game or market.

07 Responsible Gaming

If your account is flagged for review, access may be temporarily restricted while the investigation is carried out.
